Featuring some of the original brick walls, clear-span wide-open space, and a completely refreshed storefront on Lee Street, this is your opportunity to jump on board the growth of Downtown Greenville! Just off the Square, this building features fresh exterior paint and new awning. This space is the left side of the building in the photos, with a single entrance and a small restroom. Space will include new HVAC system. This could be ideal retail or hospitality space -- a restaurant, a bakery, or a microbrewery – among its many possible use cases. The roof has been sealed and painted foam insulation added. Don’t miss this location just down the street from the Hunt County Courthouse and across from the Farmers Market, as well as proximity to all the other downtown businesses. Landlord has recently completed bringing electrical to the new panel and partially wired the building in anticipation of the tenant applying for a CO and will consider requests for credit for additional tenant improvements based on the terms of the lease.
